Funeral service for Ann Kelly, 52, of Litchfield, Minnesota will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Pastor Tom Olson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Willmar, Minnesota in the spring. Ann passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ann Marie Fell was born August 31, 1959 in Willmar, Minnesota to Joseph and Mabel Fell. Ann attended school in Willmar. Ann had resided in Litchfield, Minnesota for the last 14 years. For the past few years she had delivered many morning newspapers, a job she really enjoyed. She really enjoyed playing card games and watching movies with her friend Steve. Ann is survived by children Jessica Quackenbush, Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Leo Quackenbush; brother Charles "Chuck" (Jonelle) Fell of Wheaton, Minnesota; niece and nephew Sara (Chad) Broz of New Effington, South Dakota; Jeremy Fell of Wheaton; and very special friend Steven Roth of Litchfield, Minnesota. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mabel Fell.
