Betty started her journey of life in Graceville, MN on January 12, 1930, and she graduated from St. Marys Academy in 1947, leaving her with cherished memories that she shared often. On June 20, 1951 she married her best friend, and spent their lives together in Wheaton, where neighbors were like family. She took pride in her work as a mother and wife and offered a strong foundation for her children to grow. Her golden years were filled with trips to warmer climates alongside her beloved husband, Bridge every Tuesday, hugs and kisses from adoring grandchildren, and a busy signal on her phone more often than not. She was a kind and loving friend to all who knew her, whose passion for people and their life story was a gift, leaving one feel inspired to place your heart in her hand. Nestled in Bettys warmth, we felt adored. On March 6, 2010 Betty was called home to celebrate with God her life and all that she accomplished. She will be deeply missed by her children Nancy & John Peyton, Duluth, and Mike & Vicki Thill, Centuria WI; her grandchildren Kelly & Matt Webber, DeSoto MO, Coleman and Raymond Thill, Centuria WI; her sister Marg Bidwell and her husband Ron, Bloomington, IN; brother-in-law Morrie Stotesbery, South St. Paul; sister-in-law Carol Finnane and her husband Dan of Indian Wells CA; many special nieces, nephews and their children; her other daughter, Lori Doll, Wheaton; and her wonderful neighbors at Prairie View Place. Betty was preceded in death by her dear husband, Fred; an infant daughter Mary Elizabeth; her parents Paul and Gen Cloutier, and sisters Lois Stotesbery and Harriet Giroux.
