After World War Two came to a close, she met Carl ‘’Bunn’’ Olson, who upon his discharge, from the Army moved from Wahpeton ND to Wheaton. He worked for his brother-in-law, Einar Oscarson at the Wheaton Hatchery and Gordon Oscarson’s electrical and plumbing contracting company. The new family grew, soon to include four boys, Thomas, John, Roger and Steven. In the early ‘60s, they bought Gordon’s plumbing and excavating business. Janet kept the books, paid the bills and Bunn did the plumbing and excavating. They were truly a team. The business ran until the mid ’80’s when they decided to retire.
