Jennifer Hanson

Jennifer Kay Hanson, age 36, of Wheaton, Minnesota passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Traverse Care Center in Wheaton.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton with Rev. Cheryl Berg officiating.

Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, June 27, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton. Visitation will continue Monday morning one hour prior to service time at the church.

Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Pallbearers will be Jennifer's siblings: Amanda Valtierra-Kellen, Reece Hanson, Kayla Cosman, Natasha Nelson, Ryan Kellen, Brittany Hanson, Devin Hanson, Derrick Hanson, Dilon Hanson and Tori Hanson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jennifer's nieces and nephews.

Jennifer was born April 11, 1985 in Denver, Colorado to Donald Hanson and Melodie Beyer. Jennifer as a kid attended the Academy for the Blind in Fairbault, Minnesota where she graduated from in 2004. Jennifer really enjoyed listening to music and watching all kinds of movies. Jennifer would light up and smile from ear to ear when her niece would come and visit her. Jennifer loved getting visits from her family and friends. She was very loved by many in her life and would just melt their hearts. Jennifer will be greatly missed by so many.

Jennifer is survived by her mother Melodie (Timothy) Kellen of Beardsley, MN. Siblings: Amanda (Jose) Valtierra-Kellen of Beardsley, MN; Reece (Rachelle) Hanson of Underwood, MN; Kayla Cosman of Beardsley, MN; Natasha (Levi) Nelson of Wheaton, MN; Ryan Kellen of Beardsley, MN; Brittany (Chris) Biederman of Perham, MN; Devin Hanson of Wheaton, MN; Derrick Hanson of Breckenridge, MN; Dilon Hanson of Forman, ND; Tori Hanson of Underwood, MN. Nephews and Nieces: Antonio, Juan, Ryan JR, Chloe, Halli, Kiera, Zander, Lea, Liam, Logan, Larz, Ryleigh, Melodie Kaylynn. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her father Donald Hanson, paternal grandparents Kenneth and Donna Hanson, and maternal grandparents Leonard and Barbara Beyer.
