Funeral Service for Linda Delaine Borsheim, 56, of Davenport, Iowa, formerly of Wheaton, Minnesota will be held Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Rev. Thomas Olson officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Eugene Borsheim, Gary Hoffman, Paul Sprengler, Kenneth Boom, Kelly Schultz and Dan Swedlund. Organist will be Angie Johnson. Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Linda was born on October 25, 1954 in Wheaton, Minnesota to Francis and Delaine (Hakenson) Borsheim. She was baptized and confirmed at Hope Lutheran Church in Wheaton. Linda graduated from Wheaton High School in 1972. Linda was united in marriage to Chance Harrell I in Atlanta, Georgia in 1985. To this union a son, Chance Harrell II was born. Linda and Chance II moved to Davenport, Iowa where they have lived the last eight years. Linda loved being a homemaker and was a loving mother. Linda was a hard working waitress starting out at thirteen years of age at her grandmothers caf. Linda passed away on November 19, 2010 at the Clarissa Cook Hospice Home in Bettendorf, Iowa. Linda is survived by her son, Chance Harrell II of Davenport, Iowa, mother, Delaine Ketterling of Wheaton, Minnesota, brothers: Brad (Mary) Borsheim of Moorhead, Minnesota and Kim (Ann) Borsheim of Sheridan, Wyoming, one sister, Julie (Dan) Basko of Conroe, Texas, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Linda was preceded in death by her father, sister, Deborah Rousset, and her grandparents.
