Funeral Service for Linnea Carlson, 88, of Columbia Heights, Minnesota, formerly of Wheaton, Minnesota will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Pastor Tom Olson officiating. Pallbearers will be Chester Raguse, Bill Raguse, Roger Schmidt, Dennis Granberg, Jerry Schultz and Brad Buffie. Organist will be LeAnn Bjornson. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Linnea passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011 in her sleep at her home in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. Linnea is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Larry Roscoe, and her beloved grand-dog, Danu. She is also survived by her dear sister Diane Danielson of Ortonville, Minnesota, niece Janice Carlson (Brad) Buffie of Eden Prairie, Minnesota and nieces Sharon Whiting, Kristi Schuberg and Ricki Meyer in Oregon. Linnea leaves a host of relatives and friends who will remember her gracious smile and sense of humor. Linnea was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Vincent Carlson, and her daughter, Jill Marice Carlson.
