Funeral Service for Marjorie Conroy Frisch, 89, of Wheaton, Minnesota will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Ave Maria Catholic Church in Wheaton, Minnesota with Fr. Joe Vandeberg officiating. Organist will be Cindy Sanasack with special music provided by Jaiden Conroy. Pallbearers will be Marjories Children. Interment will be in Wildwood Cemetery, Wheaton. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 24th from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a 7:00 P.M. Prayer Service at the Ranney Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Wednesday morning one hour prior to services at the church. Marjorie Bernadine Hervert was born in Graceville, Minnesota on April 4, 1921 to George and Bernadine (Saur) Hervert. She graduated from Graceville High School in 1938. In 1940, she was united in marriage to James Conroy and settled on a farm in Walls Township where they raised their eleven children. James passed away in a tragic accident on June 29, 1966. Marge continued to live on the farm and raise the children. She began working at the Wheaton Community Hospital as a nursing aide and entered nursing school in 1971. Upon graduation, she worked with great pride, as a surgical nurse. In 1974, she married Gerald Frisch and moved to his farm in Dollymont Township with her three school aged children. Together, Marge and Jerry loved to travel; roadtrips with the camper and family, or flying off to New Zealand and Medjugorie, Yugoslavia. Marge enjoyed gardening, sewing clothes for her kids, rosemalling, hardanger, canning, freezing, baking bread (lots!), and being at the cabin. But most of all, Marge loved being with her family. Marge passed away on August 22, 2010 at the Countryside Inn in Rosholt, South Dakota. She was surrounded by her loving family. Marge was a woman of strong faith and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Rest in the Lords peace, mom. Marge is survived by ten children: Pat Marcus of Andover, Minnesota, Bill (Bea) Conroy of Terrebonne, Oregon, Dan (Kathie) Conroy of Naples, Florida, Ron (Lynn) Conroy of Wayzata, Minnesota, Tom (Marcie) Conroy of Wheaton, Colleen Violet of Wheaton, John (Adeline) Conroy of Milbank, South Dakota, Donna Conroy of Willmar, Minnesota, Denise (Brian) Shablow of Shoreview, Minnesota, and Mike (Tami) Conroy of Wheaton, thirty one grandchildren, forty two great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, one daughter-in-law: Sandra Conroy of Dumont, Minnesota, three sisters: Delores Gaffney of Des Moines, Iowa, Florence (Richard) Griffin of Terrace, Minnesota, and Bonnie (Virgil) Lotzer of Sisseton, South Dakota, and one sister-in-law: Catherine Hervert of Graceville, Minnesota. Marge was preceded in death by her Husbands: James Conroy and Gerald Frisch, son: Jim Conroy, grandson: Steven Conroy, granddaughter: Teresa Conroy, great-grandson: Mitchell Lorimer, brother: Glenn Bud Hervert, and sister: Elaine Stierwalt.
