Mary Pauline Baker Feger, age 93, of Wheaton, Minnesota passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Sanford Hospital in Wheaton. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mary was born in Panama, Oklahoma on March 30, 1920 to Paul and Ellen (Tibbs) Baker. She grew up in Dixon, Missouri where she graduated high school. She attended college and received her teaching degree. She returned to Dixon and was a 2nd grade school teacher. She was united in marriage to Fred W. Feger and the couple resided in Vallejo, California. The couple raised eight children and adopted a son, Clyde. Fred passed away on September 4, 1999 in Red Bluff, California. Mary moved to Wheaton in 1990 where she resided with her daughter and son-in-law Harriet and Fred Smith until her death on February 22, 2014. Mary is survived by eight children: Richard Feger of Bangkok, Thailand; James (Barbara) Feger of Kanoa, Saipan; Harriet (Fred) Smith of Wheaton; Mary Ellen Fernandes of Norton, Massachusetts; Donald Feger of Wheaton; Carmen Feger of Red Bluff, California; Pauline Feger of Redding California; and Clyde Mahoney of Red Bluff, California; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Ellen Baker, husband Fred W. Feger, son Fred P. Feger, and one sister Harriet Shephard.
