Owen Henry Schultz

Owen Henry Schultz, beloved son of Scott & Kelsy Schultz, and brother to Aubree & Ellis, was born and gained his Angel Wings on May 10, 2024, at 10:28 p.m., at Stevens Community Medical Center in Morris. He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 22 inches long. Owen had a knot in his umbilical cord which resulted in his entrance into Heaven before he was born.
 
Our world was shattered when we learned you would not be coming home with us to grow up with your sister and brother. We are not sure why God chose you to be an Angel, but we are grateful to know you are at peace with Jesus. You are so loved and will be forever missed.
 
Owen is survived by his parents, Scott & Kelsy Schultz, and siblings Aubree & Ellis of Wheaton; paternal grandparents Kelly & Jane Schultz of Wheaton; maternal grandparents Aaron & Laurie Solvie of Cyrus; great grandma Liela Fridgen of Wheaton; and great grandma & papa, Carol & Norman Carlson of Rosholt, SD. He is also survived by aunts and uncles Amy & Nick Franzen (Jake & Joanna); Jesse & Ashley Schultz (Zoey, Olivia, & Harrison); Leslie Schultz & Jeremy Johnson (Jax, Cora, & Izac); Cody and Carly Schultz (Wade, Rae, & Clint); Justin & Bridget Feickert (Eleanor & Clara); and Evan Solvie (Ryker); as well as many other extended family members. 
 
Owen was greeted in Heaven by great grandparents Marvin & Joanne Schultz; great grandpa Ervin “Jack” Fridgen; aunt Kimberly Schultz; and half-brother Kage Schultz; great grandparents Arden & Phyllis Solvie; great grandpa Henry Hull; great uncle Dennis Hull; and great aunt Linda Hansen.
 
Visitation will be Saturday, May 18th, from 5 to 7 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Bainbridge Funeral Home in Wheaton.
